'PaperLumenCraft originated from a unique vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Rome. The Rossi family opened our doors in 1985 as a quaint family-owned shop, utilizing recipes passed along for generations.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, honed her pizza-crafting skills across Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—pizza's homeland. When she came back to the UK, she was committed to recreating the essence of authentic Italian pizza, embracing classic techniques and top-notch ingredients.
Once a cozy pizzeria seating a dozen patrons, we've developed into a cherished community pillar, yet our devotion to premium quality and genuine practices remains steadfast. We continue using traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough freshly every day, and source the supreme ingredients we can procure.
Today, 'PaperLumenCraft' is still in the hands of the Rossi family, with the next generation now steering our enthusiastic team. Although we've adopted new innovations, our core mission stays the same: to craft delectable, authentic pizzas that unite people.
